Membership requires that each applicant:
- Be accepted into the national organization of the American
Society of Home Inspectors as an ASHI Certified Inspector
or ASHI associate with dues paid in full.
- Maintain required membership renewal credits as determined
by the national office of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
- Make application to ASHI New England, Inc. and pay New
England Chapter dues. Download
our application (PDF).
Administrivia
ASHI New England's membership year runs from July 1 through
June 30 of the following year. Our annual dues are $250.00.
Dues are prorated if you are joining after December 31. If
you join after April 30, you pay a full-year membership, and
you receive the bonus that your membership is good
for the remainder of the current membership year all the way
through the upcoming membership year. Questions? Call 800-248-2744.
ASHI members
Your affiliation with the American Society of Home Inspectors
does not automatically make you a member of the New England
Chapter. If you are presently a member of ASHI National and
would like to join the ASHI New England chapter, download
our application (PDF) and contact
our administrative offices for further instructions. We
believe the investment in membership in ASHI New England will
pay you big dividends, and we, therefore, urge your participation.
ASHI non-members
If you are not a member of the national organization of the
American Society of Home Inspectors, and would like to
become a member of ASHI New England, you must first apply
for associate status to ASHI National. Upon acceptance,
you may then apply for associate status to ASHI New England.
Non-members are welcome to attend
all ASHI New England educational events. Simply download
and complete our meeting reservation form or contact
our office. See our
latest newsletter to learn about upcoming workshops.
